The forum includes an exhibition with possibilities for direct business meetings, area for presentations and professional networking. The 2014 and 2015 editions of Go2Balkans were entirely business-oriented. In 2016, however, we are hosting a two-day event, expanding the scope to welcome everybody interested in the Balkans and travelling in general. The second day will be open free of charge to visitors and travellers.

If you are a travel agent or tour operator, come to present, promote and offer your Christmas and New Year’s Eve products, introduce your programs for 2017 and show others the wonders of your country, region or favourite place in the world.
We expect exhibitors from Bulgarian regions, Balkan countries and visitors from all over the world. Participants from more than 15 countries already took part in the previous editions of the event: Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, France, UK, Italy, Sweden, Jordan, Pakistan, India and Morocco. There were more than 250 visitors, more than 100 exhibitors and nearly 50 foreign Hosted Buyers.
The initiative comes from the tourist industry, represented by members of the Association of Bulgarian Tour Operators and Travel Agents (ABTTA), who founded Go2Balkans consortium and aims to attract the interest of tour operators and agencies to the Balkan countries in a global context as well as to showcase the natural beauty, cultural and historic heritage of the region.
